Collaboration between government and enterprises, drawing up a development blueprint
At the ceremony, colorful flags fluttered and ceremonial cannons fired in unison. Yu Dongming, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Fuyang Economic Development Zone, Ye Jianhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Changkou Town, Lin Quanwu, General Manager of Zhejiang Lasen, and Yang Kaihong, General Manager of Zhejiang Guanxu Construction, the construction general contractor, attended the event.
Ye Jianhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Changkou Town, stated in his speech that Zhejiang Lasen is a rising star enterprise in the valve industry in Fuyang. Since settling in Changkou New Area in 2021, it has achieved leapfrog development driven by innovation and has been awarded titles such as National High tech Enterprise, Zhejiang Province Specialized, Refined, Special and New Small and Medium sized Enterprise, and Fuyang Manufacturing "Champion Enterprise". In 2024, its tax revenue reached 3.5 million yuan, demonstrating strong momentum. The total investment of this new base project is about 60 million yuan, and after completion, it will create about 100 high-quality job opportunities. The annual output value is expected to exceed 200 million yuan, becoming an important growth pole for Fuyang's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry. Ye Jianhua emphasized that Changkou Town will adhere to the "three zero" service standards of "zero obstacle approval, zero interference construction, and zero delay benefiting enterprises", fully safeguarding the implementation of projects, and jointly building a "golden signboard" for high-quality development of Fuyang with the cooperation of government and enterprises.
Lin Quanwu, General Manager of Zhejiang Lasen, reviewed the company's growth process in his speech. The company was founded in 2012 and has always adhered to technological leadership, with product quality ranking among the top in the industry. In 2022, it passed the "Made in Zhejiang" certification. The new base focuses on the research and production of intelligent control valves, which is a key layout in response to the national manufacturing upgrading strategy. Lin Quanwu promised that the company will adhere to the principles of "safety first, innovation driven, and win-win cooperation", strictly abide by the safety and environmental protection red line, introduce advanced technology and equipment, ensure completion and operation by August 2026, and inject new momentum into Fuyang's manufacturing industry.
The construction party issues a "military order": building benchmark projects with hard power
As the general contractor of the project construction, Yang Kaihong, the general manager of Zhejiang Guanxu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., issued a "military order" on site: "Ensure safety, quality, and construction period!" He introduced that the company will select multiple senior and intermediate engineers to form an elite team, use AI monitoring, high-tech inspection and other technologies, strictly implement the "process three inspection" system, and ensure the full traceability of key materials. In response to the project schedule target, Yang Kaihong solemnly promises: "Delivery before March 30, 2026, with penalties for delays!" At the same time, the company has formulated plans for rainy season and nighttime construction, posted maps for combat, and vowed to build a high-quality project with "steel bars and iron bones".

At 11:18, amidst the sound of salutes, the attending leaders jointly lifted a golden shovel to lay the foundation for the new project, and the pile foundation equipment was synchronously launched, marking the official start of the project construction. After the ceremony, all guests took a group photo as a souvenir, and the drone recorded this historic moment throughout the entire process.
The Zhejiang Lasen New Base Project is an important project for promoting the construction of advanced manufacturing industry clusters in Fuyang District. The project integrates research and development with production, and after being put into operation, it will become a benchmark enterprise in the field of intelligent control valves in China, further enhancing Fuyang's position in the valve industry. As one of the main industrial platforms in Fuyang, Changkou Town has continuously optimized its business environment in recent years, attracting multiple high-tech enterprises to settle down. The implementation of this project will not only drive the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industrial chains, but also provide strong support for the high-quality development of regional economy.
