Purpose and features：
The BR.W76S series low load butterfly valve is a lightweight and simple structure butterfly valve. Mainly suitable for controlling the flow and pressure of air or other gases in low-pressure conditions, and also suitable for gases in high-temperature conditions;
This series of butterfly valves comes in open type, baffle type (backseat type), and inclined plate type (sealed type).
Features:
1. Open butterfly valves are mainly suitable for situations with large diameters, large flow rates, and low pressure differences, as well as for regulating the medium of thick and turbid slurries and suspended particles. The leakage rate is about 2% to 5% of the rated Kv value of the valve;
2. The baffle type butterfly valve is an improved product of the open type butterfly valve. There are two semi circular sealing rings on the valve body, which are in close contact with the valve disc when the valve is closed, as a sealing role. It is suitable for occasions with large diameter, large flow rate, high temperature, and low pressure difference, and the leakage amount is less than 1% of the rated Kv value of the valve;
3. When the inclined plate butterfly valve is closed, the valve disc has a deflection angle inside the valve body, which enables the valve to seal well. It is suitable for occasions with large diameter, large flow rate, and low pressure difference, and the leakage amount is less than 0.2%~0.5% of the rated Kv value of the valve.
