The material selection of a cut off ball valve directly affects its performance and durability. Different connection methods are suitable for different pipeline systems and working environments. The threaded connection is suitable for small-diameter valves and low-pressure systems, and is easy and quick to install; the flange connection is suitable for large-diameter valves and high-pressure systems, and the connection is firm and reliable; the welded connection is suitable for systems requiring high sealing performance, and the connection is compact and leak-free.
The design of cut-off ball valves should comply with relevant standards and specifications, such as API, ANSI, ISO, etc. Following the standards can ensure that the quality and performance of the valve meet the requirements, and improves the versatility and replaceability of the product. At the same time, standardized design also facilitates production and maintenance, reducing costs and risks.
