The work of pressure control valves is based on pressure balance and feedback mechanisms. Its internal structure usually includes valve cores, springs, and various control chambers. When the system pressure acts on the valve core, the pressure on the valve core and other forces such as spring force are balanced, thereby determining the position of the valve core, and then controlling the on-off or flow rate of the fluid to achieve pressure regulation.

The use of high-strength, corrosion-resistant new materials to manufacture valve cores and valve bodies can improve the service life and reliability of pressure control valves, allowing them to operate stably in harsher working environments. For example, in some chemical and marine engineering fields, pressure control valves made of special alloy materials can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media and ensure the normal operation of the system.
