The three eccentric hard seal butterfly valve can accurately cut off the working condition in case of failure, which greatly prevents the occurrence of danger. The three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve uses the three-dimensional eccentric principle design to idealize the spatial motion track of the sealing surface, and there is no friction and interference between the sealing surfaces. The reactor cooling water temperature regulating circuit of polyethylene plant is an important part of the plant. Whether the temperature regulating circuit can operate smoothly directly determines whether the whole polyethylene plant can operate safely and stably. The temperature regulating water pipeline is of large diameter.
Under normal working conditions, due to its high regulation ratio, the three eccentric hard seal butterfly valve is used as a regulating valve, which is more stable and reliable than the ordinary regulating valve. When interlocking occurs, the three eccentric hard seal butterfly valve can also cut off and completely cut off (zero leakage). From the practical application, not only the investment cost is saved, but also the control is particularly stable.
The coke cleaning valve at the cracking furnace outlet of ethylene plant is a valve with harsh service conditions in the petrochemical industry.
